Yes! The title does not lie! you can earn money by tweeting on twitter. I have not tried it yet due to the fact that I am a terrible twitter user, and in some cases even despise twitter. However, for the people that have hundreds of followers, Pay-Per-Tweet is the thing for you. This is why so many celebs tweet non-stop. They get paid to do so! they earn a living by just posting short texts describing their breakfast.

However, I have come across some requirements which you must aspire to as a "professional tweeter".
You must have the following (at least):

-50 Followers
-100 Tweets
- Your Twitter account must be 60 days old
