The Project Board is a application which has recently been added to the Zettem Development family.
This nifty website application as powered by Donanza. The app allows employers to get in touch with potential employees, who are aiming to work from home. The job offers can range from being paid $5 an hour or $3000 for a final product.
This application is a great method for job hunters and employers to find each other.
I have recently added it to the zettem website.
If you are looking for a job or if your an employer in need of someone's expertise, feel free to post a job or apply for a job here:

I have tried it myself and finding employees is quick and efficient. You can hire people to write blogs or even complete iPhone applications and games. I strongly recommend you check it out.

Networking
In order to generate revenue from your website or blog, you will need the most important thing. Website Viewer Traffic! That is why it is always important to keep your readers happy and keep posting and updating your blogs and websites. Even if you have 3 followers, keep them happy, answer their questions, because they might have a huge network which they are willing to share with you.
I have recently joined a network named: http://www.technorati.com/ All my questions were answerd and I recieved valuable feedback about this blog. Keep networking and be willing to take advice and tips from other bloggers.
http://www.weblogbetter.com/ is also a great website to learn more about blogging and to stay updated on new blogging "innovations" and trends. Try to sign up to these networks to stay intouch with your target audience.
Dont be rude about promoting your blog but do try to squeeze out as many willing website viewers.

Pay Per Tweet!
Yes! The title does not lie! you can earn money by tweeting on twitter. I have not tried it yet due to the fact that I am a terrible twitter user, and in some cases even despise twitter. However, for the people that have hundreds of followers, Pay-Per-Tweet is the thing for you. This is why so many celebs tweet non-stop. They get paid to do so! they earn a living by just posting short texts describing their breakfast.
Now its your turn!
However, I have come across some requirements which you must aspire to as a "professional tweeter".
You must have the following (at least):
-100 Tweets
- Your Twitter account must be 60 days old
How hard can it be? I see people tweet everywhere all the time! this is a gold mine for the people who live and breathe twitter. You can register or simply just check it out here:

I'm curious to know about your experiences with this marketplace. So please comment and share.
Pay Per Post Market Places
I have recently come across new market place which allows you to earn money per blog post.
As far as I know, it is even capable of paying per word! I think it averages around about 5 cents per word. I still think that is a fair deal.
It is called: www.payperpost.com I am currently in the process of testing out this new market place.

Unfortunately, you can not start earning money straight away, you need to first get offered a sponsorship. So I suggest that you first build a solid blog before you apply for this market network.
It is always important to keep your content and research solid so that advertisers will be enlightened to advertise on your blog. Furthermore, Im under the impression that people with no top level domain names but have free domain names (www.myblog.freeblogs.net) will have more difficulty with getting advertisement offers. This is because of the Page Ranking (PR) mechanism that search engines use to decide which websites go in which order.
(I will go into further detail about PR and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) somewhere in the near future.)
For now, I simply wanted to let you know that I'm looking forward to seeing how this new marketplace treats new up-coming bloggers and website owners.
I will certainly keep you updated on how things work out.

Steps To Get You Started
READ FIRST: The following content are brief steps you should do to get you started. It does not guarantee immediate success.
Step 1.
Okay before you can start earning money you will need either create a website domain or a blog.
If I were to create a website I would prefer using a online website builder such as:
This is because it is easy to use and flexible website creator. With its online website "websitebuilder" you can easily modify, design and edit your website. Additionally, no fancy coding knowledge is required.
Furthermore and most likely most important.NetworkSolutions.com
offers free website space! Obviously if you wanted to take your website to the next level, you could purchase more advanced building tools.
Step 2.
After you have created your website with all the important content. You should consider becoming a member of some advertising networks such as the most common ones Commission Junction.
Here you will find advertisers who will consider your site for advertising. If your site has decent content (all original and 100% your own) it should never be a problem to find advertisers willing to offer a commission on each sell that you generate.
I do have some strong concerns about doing this. If your website is purely based on things such as hobbies, people don't want to be bothered by advertisements about dating young hot russian girls. HOWEVER, if your site a "non-sense" website, with loads of random content, why not add in some random ads?
Step 3.
Furthermore, you should try to become a member at Pay-Per-Click company. I personally took a different approach to the traditional PPC services. I think it is simply too much fuss working with Google AdSense. This is mainly because of the extremely long verification period which you must under-go before you can start getting down to work. I decided to go with Google's direct competitor: www.Addynamo.com
I am also convinced that the Pay-Per-Click profits are slightly more generous when using Addynamo.
They create Ad "boxes" exactly like Google does, its just simply faster and easier than google.
However, Google does have an upper-hand in advertising, due to the fact that Google owns the well known Youtube. What you probably don't know is, that the ads that come from Google AdSense can also be posted on your youtube channel (also the videos). This means that every time someone links a video (which comes from your youtube channel) it will generate some extra revenue for "spreading" the adverts.
After you have completed all of the above, I suggest that you wait until you have a fair amount of website viewers. I think you should only take the next few steps if your website generates about ±500 views every 1-3 days and you have something you can update monthly (maximum)
Step 4.
You can do any of the following ideas (not necessarily all of them)
-Create a subscription application which allows you to gain subscribers.
-Begin E-commernce (Selling products)
These are four very short steps that show you what you need to get started. This does not mean you will automatically receive 2 million views a month. It means you have a solid beginning to earning money online. The rest is entirely up to you! Keep your content strong and consistent and the viewers will keep coming back.
